You may return a product within 365 days of purchase if it is unopened, unused and suitable for resale, in its original packaging. The product and packaging must be undamaged, with all components included.

Contact us with your order number or proof of purchase to request a return and receive return instructions. Refunds are arranged after the returned product has been received and its condition confirmed.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The 365-day period and change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
